This agreement contains complete terms and conditions between you and OfficialMedia (a company registered in Scotland as 180Vita ltd and with company number: SC 376685).

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions or are not authorised to do so, you should not join this program.

When you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions by creating an account at OfficialMedia, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement (as amended in accordance with further terms set out below).

This agreement exclusively by the laws of Scotland and any legal grievance / claim must be brought forward in a Scottish court.

Users contacting this website and/or it's owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.

This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

Subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. In compliance with these laws, users are given the opportunity to un­subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If an automated un­subscription system is unavailable or unclear, users can email Hello@OfficialMedia.com to manually unsubscribe.

The owners of this website cannot guarantee or verify the contents of any externally linked website despite their best efforts. Users should therefore note they click on external links at their own risk and this website and it's owners cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any external links mentioned.

Partners will only be paid upon the submission of a payment request through Official Media.

Payments are made one month in arrears. For example, partners can only withdraw commission that was generated in the previous month. Commission generated in the current month cannot be withdrawn and such withdrawals will not be processed until the following month.

The earliest possible payout date for commission generated in the previous month is the 7th of the following month. This date is in place to protect against fraud and assist with cash­flow. OfficialMedia clients (gaming operators) typically compensate OfficialMedia around the 20th ­ 25th of the following month, thus we believe our payment policy is fair and gives our partners compensation faster than they could otherwise expect by working with other parties.

Payout methods are outlined in the “Payments” section of OfficialMedia and the website reserves the right to add and remove payment methods at their own discretion. However, we anticipate processing payments via Paypal, UK Bank Wire & Skrill for the foreseeable future.

Modification ­- We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement by amending this page on our webiste. This page will forever remain accessible at: https://www.officialmedia.com/terms

Fraud Traffic ­- Refers to commissions and traffic generated that breaches the law or in bad faith (regardless of whether the activity causes harm, but in our judgement the true intent was to defraud OfficialMedia and our partners). Examples of fraudulent traffic include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of false accounts for the purpose of generating commission.
  • Exploitation of CPAs, where customers with no true intention of playing with the OfficialMedia partner are created.
  • Deposits made on stolen cards or stolen identities.
  • Unauthorised use of intellectual property (including; trademarks) associated with any 180Vita brand or partner brand.

Identity ­- You must provide true and complete information when completing your sign up with OfficialMedia.

Responsibilities ­- You are liable for the manner in which you market OfficialMedia partners. All marketing must be conducted in a proper and professional manner. This includes not placing any marketing materials on an online site where the content is pornographic (unless explicit prior permission is given). Placing marketing materials on any site or medium that can reasonably deemed to be unlawful will never be permitted under any circumstance.

Sub­Affiliates ­- You may refer sub­affiliates to OfficialMedia and be rewarded with a fee. However, you must be the sole user of any marketing materials in your OfficialMedia account and all sub-affiliates must be referred to OfficialMedia by contacting your account manager or via email (hello@officialmedia.com). This will preserve the quality and integrity of the service offered by OfficialMedia to its partners.

Reduction ­- We may, in our sole discretion, block or remove real money players or cleared CPA’s from your accounts. In the event OfficialMedia or an OfficialMedia partner deem a referral to be in any way unprofitable, they are likely to be removed.

OfficialMedia will endeavour to be transparent and inform you of the reasons behind this block, however we are often limited by information shared to us by our partners. If you have any questions about specific traffic you can contact Hello@OfficialMedia.com and / or your account manager.

Breach ­- Your account may be terminated if OfficialMedia deems a breach of any or multiple terms outlined in this agreement.

Inactivity ­- Partners will be paid commission for all legacy players for the duration of this agreement. If you fail to send one active, new depositing player through OfficialMedia for a period of 6 months (180 Days) your account will be deemed inactive and your entitlement to commission payments on all players will be void.
As a goodwill gesture, we may opt to reduce your percentage payment plan, instead of voiding your account.

1100 Day Reduction ­- The terms of multiple OfficialMedia clients state that after a 3 year period, revenue share will be reduced to a ‘fair’ level. OfficialMedia will mirror this reduction.

Indemnification ­- By accepting this agreement, you waive any claim to losses, damages, costs, expenses, demands and liabilities (including legal fees) arising from termination of this agreement.

Supersession ­- All terms of this agreement shall supersede any agreements made between OfficialMedia account managers or any employee / agent of 180Vita ltd, unless specifically agreed to in contract form, by one of the following parties:
